National Therapist Referral Bonuses

For the period: July 1 - September 30, 2026. Bonuses published on a quarterly basis at the beginning of the calendar quarter.

Therapist Referral Bonuses - All Markets

The following bonuses are paid to the referrer for each new physical therapist not already on the Luna platform, after the referred therapist completes 70 cumulative visits. The referred therapist must sign their Luna agreement within 45 days of the referral submission date for the referral to remain valid.

The referral bonus is paid to the referring therapist as follows: 25% after the referred therapist completes their first 15 visits, and the remaining 75% once the referred therapist reaches 70 cumulative completed visits (i.e., 55 additional visits), provided all 70 are completed within 180 days of the referred therapist’s start date. Visits count toward these milestones only where the referred therapist meets Luna’s documentation and charting submission standards, and the referring therapist must be active on the Luna platform at the time of each payout. Each referred therapist can generate one referral bonus, one time. Referrals of therapists who were previously on the Luna platform do not qualify.

Referrals must be submitted via the Luna app or Luna’s Refer page in advance of Luna’s contact with the referred therapist.

Note that referral bonuses in other markets are temporarily paused, however please feel free to still make referrals.
