Don’t just take our word for it - see what actual patients have to say about their experience with Luna.
I can’t imagine why I would ever go back to an actual PT office. Bottom line – I love Luna.
I feel lucky I found a company called Luna.

Greetings from Luna! We're bringing physical therapy to Redondo Beach for your utmost convenience. You no longer have to jump through hoops for quality care when our therapists are there for you. At Luna, registration is a snap — we accept all major insurance providers, including Medicare. And, regardless of your payment method, you can begin your treatment without a prescription.
Our physical therapists in Redondo Beach are dedicated to providing convenient physical therapy services that cater to the hardworking residents of this beachside city. We understand the hustle and bustle of daily life here, from navigating the traffic on Pacific Coast Highway to finding time to relax on the sandy shores. Luna was created to alleviate the stress of securing prescriptions, dealing with insurance coverage, and making multiple trips to a clinic. Let us bring the care you need directly to you, so you can focus on enjoying all that Redondo Beach has to offer.
Luna accepts many insurance plans, and we handle the benefits verification process for you. With Luna, you’ll typically pay the co-pay your insurance plan requires for clinic visits. We accept all PPOs, many HMOs, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage.
In most cases, you will not need a referral for physical therapy. Some insurance providers do require a doctor’s referral, and we’ll promptly let you know if that’s the case with your insurance. Read more about prescriptions.
Appointments for private physical therapy at home are available 7 days a week, from 6:30 am - 9:30 pm. We make it hassle-free to complete your full course of care by having your Luna therapist come to you. In general, our therapists treat patients at home. See our clinic comparison chart.
We strive to have a single physical therapist work with each patient for their entire course of care. In very rare cases, your scheduling priorities may require adjustments, but you’ll always know who is seeing you for your appointment in advance.
In California, Direct Access rules allow patients to be seen for physical therapy for up to 12 visits with no prescription. After 12 visits or 45 days (whichever is first), the Luna team will work with your doctor to obtain a prescription if more visits or time is needed.
Medicare requires a signed plan of care for physical therapy. Your Luna therapist will create a plan of care during your first visit, and the Luna team will work with your doctor to get it approved. You will need a new plan of care established every 90 days or 10 visits whichever is sooner.
We come to you!
