Luna was founded to transform the patient experience by bringing first-class physical therapy right to the patient’s doorstep. With a team of highly trained PTs on staff, Luna offers top-of-the-line care without the headaches that come with commuter traffic, waiting rooms, and restrictive clinic schedules. We’re in-network with most insurance providers, and sessions are available to self-pay patients for a flat rate of $125. Signing up is easy, and once you do, you can start your recovery right away in the comfort of your living room.
Whatever your needs are, Luna is equipped to help — our trained specialists provide outpatient PT services across a full range of concentrations, including orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, vestibular and post-operative care. Our mission is to connect our patients with the better care they deserve — that’s why we’ve launched Luna in Los Angeles.

People in Los Angeles trust Luna
I love that I can get physical therapy at home rather than wasting time going to and from a clinic. They work around my schedule instead of the other way around!
“The fact that it’s just me and my therapist, in a private setting, really makes a difference. I love the 1:1 time and attention... it helps me get better, faster, without making a multi-hour commitment to drive to the clinic.”
The people at Luna are very kind and accommodating. When I first called for an appointment, I was able to setup an appointment within a few days. Other places I called could not get me in for several weeks.
“Home is the most comfortable location for me. I don’t have to worry about getting to the clinic, especially when I’m in pain. The service has been fantastic, and now my daughter and husband also use Luna. It’s absolutely perfect.”
Fantastic!! As a mom of 4 kids, I don’t have a lot of extra time to sit in traffic or in waiting rooms. My daughter loved her therapist, who ended up teaching her some new exercises to help with her sport injury. She’s already seeing results!
“I feel like an elite athlete with my own dedicated PT. And, in my experience, having my PT come to my house gets me healed more quickly. Plus my Luna therapist just really cares more about my results.”
The therapist was very knowledgeable, gave good advice on what to keep in mind as I'm recovering; and also does good massages for parts of my back which are tense. If you're seeking physical therapy, these folks are really great.
“Being able to have appointments later in the evening, after my husband gets home from work, is so much easier. My days are so busy and having treatment when it’s convenient for me and my family is the best.”

Frequently asked questions
Where in Los Angeles can I receive treatment?
Our therapists are available to treat patients residing anywhere in Los Angeles. Our therapists come to your home to make your recovery as convenient and as comfortable as possible. Luna eliminates the stress of playing phone tag with your insurance company, locating a clinic within a reasonable distance, waiting for appointments to open up, and traveling back and forth to get treatment. There’s never been a better way to do physical therapy in LA.
How do I know if my insurance will cover Luna?
Luna accepts many insurance plans and we handle the benefits verification process for you. With Luna, you always pay the same exact co-pay your insurance plan has for visiting a PT clinic. We accept all PPOs and Medicare. Call to instantly verify benefits - you’re likely covered!
Do I need a prescription (referral) to see a Luna physical therapist?
In most cases, you will not need a doctor’s referral. Some insurance providers do require a doctor’s referral, and we’ll promptly let you know if that’s the case with your insurance.
When and where can I have my appointment?
Appointments are available 7 days a week, from 6:30am-8:30pm. We take the stress out of physical therapy by allowing patients to get treatment in their own homes. In some cases, we may also be able to come to your gym or office.
Can I see the same physical therapist every visit?
We strive to have a single therapist work with each patient for their entire course of care. Sometimes your scheduling priorities may require adjustments, but you’ll always know who is seeing you for your appointment in advance.
